Our approach is not only technical – we want you to understand how knitted fabric works, feel confident experimenting and continue making on your own.
Starting this JUNE
A new small group of people who have never picked up needles before.
We will go from the very beggining - what materials exist, how to choose yarn, how knitted fabric actually works - through your first stitches, your first small project, and by the end of the course, your first real garnment. A silk summer top or a warm vest, made by your own hands, yours to keep and wear proudly.
Suffragerie believes knitting is for everyone. The course welcomes people of all backgrounds, aesthetics, genders, cultures and ways of being who wish to enter the world of fibre arts.
